1. Try Different Styles of Yoga. Plain and simple. I also what to try different studios and teachers. Plan to see me all around New England yoga hopping.
2. Get a Specialty Certification. I'd like to have a yoga certification besides my RYT200 in Yin or Children's yoga. We'll see!
3. Run a 10k. I would love to be able to run a 10k this summer/fall. So far the longest race I've been in was the Thanksgiving 5 miler. I have gone from a non-runner, to my first 5k to a 5 mile! I think this year will be the year of the 10k!
4. Graduate IIN! I will be fully certified at the end of September 2012!
And for the biggy...
5. Work Full Time Health Coaching & Teaching Yoga! The thing is...health insurance might get in the way until I'm married which is September 2013. We shall see! Either way I plan on coaching and teaching as much as possible. It's not just a job it makes me happy!
