Friday's Tip: Double fist water that is...
A lot of times we feel hungry when we are really just thirsty. My tip for staying full and hydrated is always having a glass of water or tea on my desk. 9 out of 10 times I have both.
Just like you would mindlessly reach for a snack if it's a foot away from you, you will do that with water/tea. By staying hydrated you will be healthier and it will also help prevent snacking during the day. While, I'm not against snacking-I always have something healthy to reach for in my desk drawer- I am against snacking if you don't actually need it!
Just having a full glass of water or tea or both next to you during the day will help SO much. Plus, the extra movement of walking to the kitchen and bathroom helps too!
