Who else is hearing that ringing in their ears today? I'm so excited The Biggest Loser is back! I have watched the show on and off for years and recently started watching again last season, especially because I get reminder texts from my aunt :). I was not happy with the winner, John- anyone with me?

I missed the elimination at the beginning. I feel bad that people came from far away for a life changing event and were immediately sent home. It is still a game show when it comes down to it. 

Every time I watch the show I get goosebumps! It's so amazing to see people of all different ages and backgrounds changing their lives. I could not believe the former athletes on the show. It made me sad to hear their stories of going from someone so active and fit to someone so unhealthy. Ultimately, I know they are going to end up kicking some serious ass. I also loved seeing the grandma! She has a HUGE crush on Dolvett. She also admitted to never working out before. I can't imagine going onto the BL ranch and not knowing how to work the machines or even be familiar with what they do. I give her tons of credit for putting herself in such a fo. It's true ANYONE can do it! 

I'm so excited that I am able to help people become healthier with yoga and soon with Nutrition as well!

Last night I had my own Health Coaching call. I learned so much about the business side. I'm already pretty business minded, it's just my nature, but I got some amazing advice that I will definitely be following through with as soon as possible. Stay tuned!
