On An Inhale

The weeks have become packed with teaching lots of yoga classes! Luckily two out of the 3 (one private) I teach can be the same class so really I'm only planning two classes a week. Teaching is rewarding, energizing but also draining. I'm trying to take care of myself with enough sleep and healthy food. I've been learning a lot and I'm starting to feel more comfortable and less nervous before. When I first started teaching I would get serious butterflies and I couldn't sleep very well before I taught a class. Now I'm more excited and looking forward to trying something new. It's like starting anything new I guess :)

My new favorite website...The Daily Frenchie! Torey and I are thinking of getting one! We're seriously obsessed!

Keeping up with the dog theme..
Pose of the day- Downward Facing Dog!
Raise the hips up and back
Let the heels fall towards the mat, they do not need to touch
Roll the upper thighs inward
Press your fingertips into the mat slightly gripping it to protect your wrists
Let the shoulder blades come down your back

Anyone notice anything different with my logo?

Have a great day!
