I wasn't able to put up Friday's Tip due to a day full of doctor's appointments. If you follow me on Facebook I did have a little bonus tip there! It was an annoying rainy day but I'm healthy and I treated myself to sushi for lunch! Instead, I'm going to put Friday's Tip in my first newsletter! I'm really excited to be starting a monthly newsletter that will have a different topic each month regarding yoga, nutrition and different ideas on leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle. There will also be recipes and highlights on products I love. This weekend I went to an amazing event called, Be Healthy Boston. I went all day Saturday and listened to fabulous speakers, met wonderful people and hung out with some of my Nutrition School friends. Throughout the week I'll be highlighting different speakers and companies that I LOVED throughout the event.
The first workshop I went to was called Live Boldly. Lauren Mackler, a Psychotherapist and coach, talked about her techniques of therapy and including action to see real results. She also went over family roles and dynamics and how these affect us throughout our lives. She really made me feel like anyone can do ANYTHING they put their mind to and work towards. I bought her book, Solemate, as a gift. Definitely check out her website. She was one of my favorite speakers- the real deal!

Last night I made a ton of juice out of the fruits and veggies above. I only used about 1/6 of the ginger. I filled up the big green bottle below and had a cup last night. Delicious. I'm also having a some detox tea this morning.
And here are the juices for today and tomorrow. I have 3 each day. I am almost done with my giant at home juice and I will probably have my first Chia Joos in an hr or two.
