Friday's Tip: Give yourself a "light at the end of the tunnel"
We always talk about being present in yoga which is great. Focusing on the present understanding why you feel a certain way and how to change that is wonderful. BUT it is always nice to have something fun to look forward to! This week on of my favorite people came to visit and I had such a blast hanging out with her and my other girlfriends. We talked about all of the fun things coming up this spring and summer. I can't wait!
If you're busy with school, I know it is mid terms for a lot of college students, or you are having a tough time at work, think about something fun coming up or create it! Contact a friend, schedule a massage, or visit family once your schedule slows down. I know it always helps me when I'm going through a tough time.
Honestly, having the time to read or take a long walk sometimes feels like a treat too. See how you can even add something like that into your schedule.
