How was your Valentines Day? We had a full day! It started off with the most amazing goat cheese, spinach and onion omelet at a local breakfast place. We then went for a 4 mile walk, the movies to see Safe House and then SUSHI!! It felt like the weekend! We had a blast!
Update #1: Wedding Planning
Since we're on the loooove topic, wedding planning has been going really well!
What we have done:
1. Venue
2. Dress
3. Band
4. Cake
5. Caterer
What we need:
1. Photographer (we're meeting with one soon)
2. Flowers (we're meeting with a florist soon too)
3. Videographer
4. Hotel! This is big. We went to see one last weekend and they have a 2 night minimum. Most of our guests will only be staying one night.
I plan to do a full wedding update after we meet with the photographer and florist on which vendors we're using and why! Hopefully it will help some of the other local brides or people planning big events. So far, thanks to my fabulous wedding planner (MY MOM!), this has been an easy and fun process. Having a small wedding without a wedding party has made it easier too.
